Narrikup Netball Club Committee

Our Club is proudly run by a dedicated team of volunteers who work behind the scenes to keep Narrikup Netball Club thriving. The Committee oversees day‑to‑day operations, supports our members, and ensures we meet all governance, safety and competition requirements each season.

The Management Committee includes the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, with support from a wider group of General Committee Members and Coordinators who help keep our Club running smoothly.

Management Committee Positions

President

Leads the Club and Committee, oversees operations, represents the Club at official functions, and ensures policies and decisions are carried out.

Vice President

Supports the President, steps in when required, and assists with Club operations throughout the season.

Secretary

Manages official correspondence, keeps Club records, distributes information to members, provides key documents, team lists, runs events, oversees social media, and supports coaches. All incoming and outgoing Club communication is managed through the Secretary.

Treasurer

Oversees Club finances, sets annual fees, manages payments, maintains confidentiality around fee arrangements, and processes reimbursements.

General Committee Members

General Members support the Management Committee across all Club activities. They assist with decision‑making, help coordinate events, support coaches and coordinators, and contribute to Club operations throughout the year.

Additional Club Roles

These roles work alongside the Committee to ensure the Club runs efficiently across coaching, grading, uniforms, umpiring and member engagement.

• Coaching Coordinator – Supports coaches, oversees coaching standards, and assists with training needs.
• Umpiring Coordinator – Organises umpiring rosters, supports umpires, and ensures compliance with ANA requirements.
• Uniform Coordinator – Manages uniform orders, stock and distribution.
• Grading Coordinator – Oversees team selection, manages grading panels, and ensures fair and transparent processes.
• D Grade Coordinator – Supports D Grade teams, coaches and players.
• Volunteer Coordinator – Assists with volunteer recruitment and coordination (when applicable).
• Fundraising Coordinator – Plans and manages fundraising activities.
• Equipment Coordinator – Maintains Club equipment and ensures teams have what they need.

What the Committee Provides to Members

Before each season, the Committee provides members with all essential information, including fees, registration details, grading timelines and season updates. Throughout the year, members receive regular communication via email to ensure everyone stays informed and connected.
